We are not responsible or liable for any actions, decisions, or outcomes resulting from the services provided by any therapist. 3.4. Practitioner Registration: The Religious Trauma Collective, together with the Advisory Committee, reserves the right to decline or revoke practitioner registration. In the event that a registration is cancelled, a prorated refund will be issued based on the time remaining in the registration period.
3.5 Complaints: Any concerns or complaints regarding a practitioner’s conduct or service delivery should be directed to their relevant professional association or peak body.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence when selecting a therapist, including verifying the therapist’s qualifications, licensing, and suitability for addressing their needs.

9.6. Digital Products are non-refundable once delivered, with refunds considered only in rare cases such as verified technical failure that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
