3.2. No Liability for Therapist Actions: The Religious Trauma Collective does not supervise, control, or influence the work of therapists listed on the Site. We are not responsible or liable for any actions, decisions, or outcomes resulting from the services provided by any therapist. Your interactions with therapists, including any contractual arrangements or payment agreements, are solely between you and the therapist.

3.3. No Warranties: The information provided on this Site is for informational purposes only. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content or listings on the Site.

3.4. Practitioner Registration: The Religious Trauma Collective, together with the Advisory Committee, reserves the right to decline or revoke practitioner registration. In the event that a registration is cancelled, a prorated refund will be issued based on the time remaining in the registration period. 

 3.5 Complaints: Any concerns or complaints regarding a practitioner’s conduct or service delivery should be directed to their relevant professional association or peak body.  

4. User Responsibilities

4.1. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence when selecting a therapist, including verifying the therapist’s qualifications, licensing, and suitability for addressing their needs.

4.2. Users agree to use the Site in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Any misuse of the Site or harassment of therapists is strictly prohibited.

9.3. Digital Products are delivered electronically via download link, email, or membership area after payment is confirmed, and while we provide reasonable support, we are not liable for download failures or technical issues beyond our control.

9.4. Digital Products are provided in standard file formats and are generally compatible with common software; we do not guarantee compatibility with future devices, operating systems, or updates.

9.5. Digital Products are for educational or personal development purposes only and do not constitute professional advice or establish a therapist-client or coach-client relationship; please seek personalised support when required.

9.6. Digital Products are non-refundable once delivered, with refunds considered only in rare cases such as verified technical failure that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.

9.7. Digital Products are provided “as is,” and to the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product; we are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or special losses.
